SCAM ALERT – AVOID THIS SHOP Overpriced repairs, damaged my device, charged $120 NZ for a 20‑minute fix with a $5 part. Lenses are now dirty, screen protector broken, and they have ZERO ETHICS. They don't care about your phone, just your money. Same scammer runs another shop across the mall. Don’t trust them.

I rarely do reviews, but this is an exception. Went there to have my phone checked coz it was not charging. Then we found out that the touch screen would not work when the charging port was replaced. They recommended to have the flex replaced too to see if it will work, and I agreed because I was told that I will only have to pay the service charge of $50 if it wont work still. The following day, it was a diffirent tech who called me saying that phone is fixed. And I paid another $110 dollars on top of the $50 I initially paid. I was in a hurry to get home so I was not able to check the with the guy assuming that it was fixed. When I got home, I was surprised to see that the touchscreen is still not working. Called the guy right away. He told me to come back the following day since they are about to close. Then when I came back the next day, the guy was not there. It was the lady who assisted me the first time. She told me that they can do nothing about it anymore. I was okay with paying the service charge since they took time to work on my phone. But heck, why would I not get a refund for the parts that did not fix my phone. I should at least be able to return those parts and get a refund.
I activated VoiceOver on my phone by accident and they helped me sort it out! Such a lifesaver! Thanks
Went to get my phone screen replaced, twice (two different phones). The service was great, fast yet top notch standard. I love it and I highly recommend Omni Tech to anyone who wants to get your phone fixed or anything like that, to check it out...
These guys are great! Got a new iPhone and they recommend I get a screen protector and camera covers to protect my phone. Two days later I dropped my phone and the camera covers saved my camera lenses from cracking. Definitely worth it!
