I discovered that the keyboard of my Dell laptop was partially melted, and I was unsure of the cause. I decided to take it to BC Systems for a safety check and a keyboard replacement. Ryan was kind and patient throughout the process. After removing the keyboard, we found the laptop itself was intact. It took me some time, but that night, I finally figured out what had happened: the damage was caused by a magnifying beauty swivel mirror reflecting sunlight onto the keyboard. The next morning, Ryan updated me about the keyboard replacement, and I received it back the following day. He did a fantastic job! Everyone at the office was very supportive. Please be cautious about where you place mirrors, glasses, and similar items, as they can actually pose fire hazards.
Canβt speak highly enough of the outstanding service. Would thoroughly recommend for those with problems with their IT technology. Super friendly staff and exceptional service. Thank you team.
