   the company had the contract for doing the footpath outside a property I look after they knocked the wall left holes in it said they would repair it but then only did the easy bit and left me with the mess they now claim that it was like this before they started and they only made the one hole Yeh right

   Got a supply & delivery of concrete to a site close to them - wasn't told a price at time of purchase when invoice came in was double what concrete normally would cost? Questioned got told its is because they are contractors not concrete suppliers and this was the cost to themselves with the addition of truck hire & driver. Word of warning if using for concrete delivery ensure you ask the price first.

   Called about a driveway crossing, told they had a 10 week wait for quotes, waited over 10weeks, but no follow up. Called again and was told I'd get a call back, this was 2 weeks ago, still waiting for the call back.
