Mike and the team at Motion are incredible! Time slots that worked round a busy schedule and had me back moving freely quicker then I thought I'd be.
I went to James at Motion Health for acupuncture as I had tennis elbow in both arms and golfers elbow in both arms. I had tried other various forms of treatment but nothing seemed to work, after seeing James on the first treatment I noticed an immediate difference and with follow up treatments I have full function in both arms and no pain like I had. James really knows his job of acupuncture and said i will notice an increase in energy which i have had. He is a great guy also and couldn’t recommend his treatments and procedures enough…..any pain or discomfort I recommend consulting with James first, I have sent other people I know to him with headaches, shoulder pain and tennis elbow and they have all been impressed with how they feel now!
The Team at Motion Health on Hanover Street are amazing! They’re so friendly and welcoming and make you feel really comfortable every time you visit. I have been going here for almost 2 years now and all the physiotherapists at this place have been amazing! Very kind and understanding and also very knowledgeable and good at brainstorming and trying new ways to help your problem. The reception staff are also lovely and very helpful when I have needed to change appointments etc. only had good experiences here, I highly recommend!
Have seen a few physios here, all are good and very friendly but Mike is the best! He is very diverse in treatment, from back cracks, to dry needling and exercises. Mike really does consider your needs and prioritises getting you back to your sport as soon as possible! He is very flexible with treatments and goals, all round good bloke.
This is my regular physio, they are fantastic and very reasonably priced with an ACC claim. Highly recommend :)
A+ staff and physio, with a range of techniques to offer such as massaging, dry needling, cupping and rehab exercises. Highly recommended.
