Moved into a house they “cleaned” had a receipt from previous people and had to re do the carpets less then a week later as they still smelt terrible and had marks. We were still getting dark brown and black water from the carpet. So either they don’t clean properly or never actually done it in the 1st place

I enquired about upholstery cleaning & carpet stain removal. He took at least a few days/weeks to get back to me despite me messaging often. He took it personally & proceeded to tell me he has kids, needs to cook dinner, I don't just sit on my phone all day etc. It was appalling behaviour. Never used their services & never will.
