Tried to book a class 2 truck and was told I needed a class 5 license as it “shows a higher ability of driver” been truck driving a class 4 for 14 years and he would not rent to me. Seemed super grumpy on the phone. So I looked at different options and found more modern and bigger trucks for lower price and lower KM rate
Blimmin good service. Great staff. Helped us out last minute getting to a wedding event. Went the extra mile to accommodate.
Proceed with caution. Told us he was open today and to come rent a truck. We get there and hes closed and was not willing to come down to honor his word. Also didn't seem to friendly
Sorry this wasn't a good experience with this company. Of all the vans parked there none were available. Partially a miscommunication on our end due to not actually booking a van as well but, not very accommodating customer service. Must be making enough money as our business walked out the door to the next.
Need a van to move people, or goods? Or a truck? Tail-lift? Rob is the man to see. The most tidy and well detailed vans and trucks in HB. The cleanest ive ever seen in a rental vehicle.
Made a booking on short notice. Got helped quickly. Hiace Van was clean and ready to be used. Did nearly 800km in a day without any issues. Will use them again without any hesitation. Thanks Robert for the help and explanation regarding my prescious cargo.
Dropped in very last minute and was able to hire a courier style van to help with our wedding. Great customer service, even after a minor collusion caused damaged. Very professional and easy to deal with. I'd recommend using them, and would certainly go there again.
Hired a 20t furniture truck with hyraulic tail lift to move house. Fantastic brand new truck, all features carefully explained, cart and blankets provided for no extra charge. Out of hours drop off was easy and the price was very reasonable. Would recommend and would use again.
We regularly hire vans from Hawkes Bay Van & Truck Rentals during eachrugby season for CLive over last three years ,and have had nothing but great service. On a personal note have had nothing but great service and personal attention to detail from the team.. Vans are always clean and tidy, and well maintained. Perfect for our requirements both commercially and personally. One of the best around in my opinion.
