I bought the hotdog, fish and chips pack. The hotdog was the best hotdog I've had in like 30 years. The batter was amazing! Plenty of golden chips and a large piece of flakey fish. This meal was superb. I was too busy eating to take a photo. Highly recommend visiting. Their buffet menu looked great too with many options.
Tohu it was 3 stars but the lady was pleasant and the servings are good. Food was OK. The fish and potato fritter were good but the chips were bland and needed more salt. Smorgasbord was your standard fare and you have to be careful about your selections. Options are limited late night in Kawerau so it hit the spot.
Bad food they served us up stale food and we paid $81 we took it back asked for a full refund they said no you already opened it .. bad service for a beautiful food
Emily the inner always friendly..I live on my own and elderly..fish always cooked the way I like it. Chinese dishes are also great. Would recommend.

I dunno what kinda food sorcery is happening here but if I can give 6 or even 7 stars I would. We had THEE BEST fish and potato fritters from this place. Treat yoβself and give it a try.
Fish to batter ratio is 5% fish 95% batter. Paper thin small hoki fillet hidden in batter & disguised as a normal sized piece of fish. Been on going for years. Still no improvement??? Just a better new shop location.. Chips looks and taste were disappointing that time. Larry's Takeaways around the corner are more consistent and have alot better meal deals.
Oily fried rice.... explains it all really. Lack of culture in food more like greasy sand Francisco food not Chinese they should 've ashamed of their food. Also dirty and needs a update the chairs are from forever ago
