Called for a callout on our oven ended up receiving advices from a older women who was not so nice, rude, she treated me like I was stupid cause I didnt know or understand certain things about my oven totally off putting didn’t matter how polite or kind I was she was horrible don’t ever plan of recommending them to anyone I know.

Did not actually visit the stove shop but made contact by phone to ask if they take second hand stoves. we were very happy that they remove same for us. Godd outcome for both parties. Winning!
Terrible customer service. Would not recommend. Given complete wrong advice and the lady in particular was very rude. Save yourself the angst and money and shop somewhere else.
Absolutely the biggest lifesaving shop in town. When the oven door breaks in a commercial kitchen with people non relenting, they leant us a fitting door to enable operations to continue until we fitted new ovens a few weeks later. Much appreciated
I had my stove top serviced by Stove shop as one of the controls was not working. The manager told me it could take 6 weeks to get the parts. He felt this was too long so he would ask some other appliance repairers if they had parts. 6 weeks later he hadnt got around to asking. My stove top took 12 weeks to be repaired, with no apologies made.
I had the stove shop replace my 20 year old oven and cook top with a 2nd hand ones they had in the shop. Very professional and lovely.
Very disappointed. The service is terrible. I approached the guy at The Stove Shop for problem with our Delonghi oven. He came assessed our oven and took the top inside element away to get a new one. Four months later I rang him at 10am and arranged to come and fix at 4pm never turned up. I rang again the following morning and arranged with him to come at 9.30am never turned up until 11.30am, this time he said he came to assess the work again because he forgot what it was. I asked for the element to return but he said he threw it away. I am now arranging with Langes A1 Appliances to repair our over. I will never do business with The Stove Shop Hastings New Zealand anymore, and I wouldn't recommend this shop for any oven repair.
