Did the sourdough class a few weeks ago and it was so much fun. We have since been making home made bagels, breads and pizza. Well worth it!

The Stollen baking lesson was a lively and happy class where we could do sourdough or yeast versions. We had time to meet and socialise and to bake and learn. Then fresh coffee and stollen for morning tea. A real treat. I will be back.
