Booked a Wheelchair van, and for a 2 min drive each way was quoted $ 80.00, I feel this is way too excessive. Won't use these people.

Mohan is very unprofessional, giving Thames taxi and bad name for me. Being an ACC client he doubted my claim, and insinuated being dishonest when evidence was available. Hung up on me several times and took atleast 6 phonecalls to get his name. No good mate
Got supermarket to call for taxi and was told he would be about 15 minutes. He arrived within a reasonable amount of time. Didn't time him but at a guess I would say he was close. Pleasant young man. Helpful and good driver. Fare was reasonable as well.
