Bad service. Didn't even let me know that my car had failed warrant-no paperwork either. waited for about 15min before I was served as person at the desk was chatting (not business related)only knew my car had failed when I noticed no sticker on windscreen when i got home laterintheday. Won't be going back there again.

Gave me the run around! Failed wof check based on a tyre mismatch for the front. Got the front tyre replaced. Took it back for recheck and they check the rear tyres and say I need to change the rear tyre aswell. Big time wasters! Don’t take car there or they won’t check it properly until the second recheck and tell you to go get more stuff done!

Booked my exam for a specific date before my license is about to expire, but came to the site on the day and was told about the exam being rebooked. Despite not being informed via email or text, I asked when was the new schedule. The person at the desk took my license and gather the required information. When I was told about the new date (a day after my license will expire), I asked if there will be complications, I was assured that there is no complications as the rebook went fine. Moving to the date of the exam, came in 30 mins early just to be sure that there is no issue, I announced that I have arrived from the exam. I was told that, yes, you are good, please sit down and wait. After waiting, I was called by Rebekah and she said that she will be the instructor. I tried to shake her hands, but she said she was carrying a lot (an iPad) while still chewing some food and talking. Took the iPad and keyed in the information she was asking for when she told me that we can't go through the test because my license has expired. I detailed to her what happened and what was communicated. During the discussion, Rebekah commented: "Well, yeah, you had 5 years to do it" in a rude manner while rolling her eyes. I don't understand why an instructor, who should be the person to help you out and make you feel comfortable, at ease, and that you are in safe hands, should say such a comment when a person is disoriented, confused, and not sure what to do. Did she ever think of the many possibilities for why that person took that long to sit the exam? Anyway, did not want to ruin my day further, so I asked what were the next steps. I was told to renew my passport and then come back for the exam. I specifically asked if the exam I was not able to take that day will be rebooked and that I don't have to pay again. I was told that: "Yes, you should be able to rebook once you have renewed your license.". I went home frustrated about the poor communication and handling of the schedule when I saw an email that I failed the exam. Which means I will need to pay again to sit for my exam.

At the front office a self-help area provides all necessary forms required. Register for testing at office counter, make payment, drive vehicle to rear of building to stop sign for testing, wait for instructions. A side door leads to seating, viewing, front office. I have found all Testing Staff very helpful, efficient, easy to talk to and answer any quieries, polite and courteous.
