   Kind and friendly, ready to help. I had to go in to get a pupillary distance which specsavers down the road refused to check because I was not going to buy my glasses from them! Lady at front desk after a quick check with her manager checked the measurement in no time free of charge. Glad I came here and will be going back to them for my eye health needs.    My daughter is currently under going ortho-k treatment. Big props to the staff at shattky at both hastings an waipukurau branches, such great and amazing support though this. Tim what an amazing optometrist you are, explaining everything and guiding us every step of the way. can't wait to see further progress in my daughter's vision. Highly recommended for anyone with vision and eye problems to come here.
