Satisfied First Time Buyers. Edward was a real pleasure to work with throughout the process. We both experienced him as professional, knowledgeable and most importantly personable and an effective communicator. Edward was easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable to ask any questions along the way. He also went out of his way on a few occasions to ensure we had access to the right resources and information. I felt he did well to balance our needs as buyers, especially as first time buyers, with those of the sellers. His calm and engaging communication style certainly helped to reduce what can be a stressful process and allowed us to rather enjoy the process.
I do not recommend Jarrod Lowe. His behavior was unacceptable. As first-time home buyers, we required guidance, but instead, we felt pressured to complete the transaction swiftly. He laughed at our genuine offer on a property, which made us feel obligated to increase our bid. After leaving the keys with reception, he did not maintain any meaningful communication. This experience was disheartening and left a lasting impact.
Ask for Bronwyn, it was a pleasure to do business with her.
