   I wouldn’t recommend this company, I got my iPhone 14 screens fixed here, when crook my phone in, they were trying to imply I might need a software restore and a new battery, I got my phone back, the finish was tacky, the screen was defected, my keyboard is now malfunctioning and the battery only last 3hours from being fully charged. I find it ironic, I never had issues with my battery and never had issues with my software and it’s crazy how those two things were something he was trying to upsell to me are now causing me issues.    Gave my computer for a quick repair before I had my exams. They said it would be ready within a week which was the time I had until my exams and needed it back by that deadline. However the week passed and got told my computer had been sent to Auckland. Due to my exams I had to purchase a brand new computer. And 2 months later I had to pick up my computer and the display wasn't connected, it's face and been disconnected from the body, and nothing had changed. Terrible company.

   Called up today needing my phone screen fixed as soon as possible with a new screen protector. Durga was super lovely and helpful, she fixed my phone in an hour and a half. Works like new, highly recommended!! I have been here a few times, always great service and staff.

   We took my partners Samsung Note in to get the battery changed as it wasn't charging. They repaired that and the phone is now charging great, but now I have an intermittent (most of the time) issue, where we are unable to connect to the internet or make/receive calls. Took the phone back, and was told its our problem. We asked if they could just have a look at it as it might be some glue in the wrong spot. They took the phone, and "looked at it" and said there is nothing wrong. Tried the sim card in 2 other phones, and its working fine. Definitely a issue with the phone but NOT help from these guys.

   Do not take your iPhone here to repair especially if your iPhone is later than iPhone 12. I took my iPhone 12Pro here as the camera had got a little shadow. He ordered a new camera and told me to come back to the shop a few days later when it’d arrived. The next week I came in again and he explained that the screens later than iPhone 12 are thinner and more fragile so if it is broken when he takes it off the phone to replace the camera, I had to pay to replace the screen as well and I agreed as I thought he was professional. Yes he chipped it as he said and charged me extra to replace a new screen($230). Then I left the shop and checked the camera but it kept shaking and wouldn’t work properly(see the video). I took it back to the shop but he couldn’t fix it and said the new camera had an issue so needed to order another one and told me to come back the next day. Then I got back in my car and checked my phone again and this time the new screen wasn’t right too, there were a little circle shaped shadows on it..(see the photo) The next day I went to the shop again, he put another screen on which was ok, put another camera in, I checked the camera and it was obviously blurry..(see the photo) He called his manager and the manager told me he wanted to order another one but obviously they’re not reliable anymore, so I asked them for a refund for the camera and to put my original camera back in as it’s way better than theirs in the end. I haven’t got the refund yet though. After all what he did for me was just breaking my original screen and charging me to replace. I was not happy at all. EDIT: after I reminded them about the refund twice and they finally did it.

   I took a 5th gen iPad in for glass screen repair. The glass itself is good, but it is seated higher that previous glass was, and has all this dirty glue stuff exposed around the edges. The home button looks off now and isn't seated well and is loose and wobbly. Price was good and was exactly what I was quoted. Man at the counter spelt my name as Mishzel or something like that so please don't tell me I'm not on the records and have the wrong shop. Repaired screen to the left, and another 5th gen iPad to the right that has original screen. They do not call when your item is repaired so you have to keep calling them. EDITED TO ADD! Screen started ghost writing/touching shortly after. Returned for repair and they claimed nothing wrong. iPas unusable since. Emails ignored by company.
