   Slack! It has been 3 weeks since I've been waiting. Have been sick for those weeks and kept getting told the same thing, I had to wait for admin to ring me before I could get an appointment. I told them my situation such as low immune system to me doing chemo and that I needed to be seen urgently just to be told the same thing. Had to ring my doctor's in hams. If this is the difference between doctor's from town to the city, then I'll just end up as a number to a statistic on why being able to access a doctor is low in a town compared to the city.

   Very hard to get a doctors appointment, When you ring reception, your told straight away sorry theres a 2 - 4 week wait, which is rediculous, when your not well, which then changes your attituded, & you voice your dissmay, then you may get a reply we can put on the tre-arge list & a doctor will ring you, Appaulling Service for the last few years, just to see your Doctor, I diffinitely feel for the frontline reception worker, they are the staff that have to deal with, managerial decisions, like the above, Im stuck with this Service provider as there are no medical Clinic's taking on new clients. It feels like a revenue collecting service, not a health care provider, providing health care, very dissapointed & disgusted Te Taiwhenua O Heretaunga Hauora, the only great service there in my opinion is the onsite Pharmacy, great service, lovely staff.

   It's okay. You are way better off talking to the receptionist than using the tablet to check-in. Also, communication could be better when I ordered a Vaccination (which cost me a lot). I would like to have known when it arrived. But their urgent care system works excellently, and their use of 'Myindici' works very well. I hope they add more Telemedicine like those in the future.

   Mum has terminal cancer and she still has to wait for the Dr's for an appointment. Rang one day they said can't see u till the 4 went in the next day can't see you to the 3rd.. all the time my time is getting shorter with my mother

   A walk in 3rd booster jab for us. Welcoming, efficient, calm and effective. A myriad of patients but collectively both a professional and personal group of medical personnel. They were assured supportive and engaging considering it was New Year's Eve. Excellent service in a well laid out and multi functional one stop medical shop for whanau.
