One of the worst decisions I made was going here, Jim left me in more pain than what I went in with, and was very unhelpful. They seem more money focused than customer focused.
Poor communication and bad practices
We are so thankful and appreciative to IHO - Deb, Andreas and Kaitland for their support and assistance in treating my knee injury during our holidays in NZ. We approached so many specialized institutions but none would accept walk-in patient like ourselves. IHO not only took us in but were fully cooperative in utilizing their specialized skills to alleviate my pains. As a recently retired podiatrist, I finally had time to get my own ingrown nails sorted out. I chose to use Integrated Health's podiatrist Zane Green for this as I know him to be very good. I am happy I did, as the procedure was perfect and painless.
