A special experience with my husband and best friend. The scenery was out of this world, Don was the best guide and it was a hilarious activity we will never forget!
Thanks for an awesome day out! Would highly recommend for some good fun out on the Wairoa river. Special mention to our guide Don who had some great insight into the local area and excellent knowledge of white water rafting. Felt very safe and well looked after. Super fun day!
Had an amazing time at Riverbugs, was a great day adventure despite the weather. Don, our tour guide was great, he had alot of knowledge on the history in the area which was super interesting. I would highly recommend for any thrill seekers!

A fun filled day on the Rangataiki River with River bugs. Beautiful scenery, lots of laughs. Don , Sabine and Oscar make you feel so welcomed and safe. I totally recommend this trip.
We had the best time ever. This is a MUST DO family activity for loads of fun. The bugs are safe, easy and lots of fun. Don our expert guide is informative and friendly - we had the best time. The high-light of our North Island trip and a must do activity. AAA+
Had a chance to run these down the Wairoa river, in calm water and rapids. A huge amount of fun in the fast water. If you fall out, as I did, getting back on the 'bug' is simple, so you can just carry on. In the calmer areas, you can relax and enjoy the wonderful scenery - the water, the tree edged river and the hilss and some cliffs. Thoroughly recommend.
