Alvin helped us with a large messy old multi-story multi-unit residential retrofit project - Scope of works included fresh water supply lines, bathroom and kitchen hardware installation, stormwater drainage and lines, roofing and spouting improvements etc - Alvin is very cheerful and communicative and is that very rare breed of plumber that has the skills to provide sensitive, sensible and creative retrofit solutions to complex situations and does so at very reasonable cost - All of the improvements made are still sound with no leaks or complications now 7 years later - Alvin is very highly recommended if you: a) have a plumbing drama that needs a real tradesman and b) if you want work at very reasonable prices
