Great service and very friendly from all staff
Always friendly and honest service.Been bringing cars here for over 26years(including their previous location)Had a major issue in the 90s with one of my cars. I was still learning about them at that time and had taken it to 2 other workshops who quoted me over $1300 to repair???Kelly Automotives fixed the issue for $38.A few faces come and go but the service remains the same
I can't believe the comments left by the last person JASON YEUNG other than to say, he is brain dead with his negativity in his comments, I have been dealing with Clark, and his team, at Kelly Automotive for over 30 years, in all that time, they have done quality work, both mechanical and warrant of fitnesses for us, being in the second hand car market. For a number of those years Clark, would be one of the toughest warrant inspectors we have come across, Clark and his team are very polite and would go out of their way to help with anything, anytime. We have not been in Flaxmere for the past 12 years, and now live in Clive, but we still take our cars to Kelly Automotive, knowing when we need work done, it will be done to an excellent standard, we know these guys put 110 % into the work, sevice, even the greetings at reception. Not recommended this mechanic shop At that day, I just asked for a quote about the service like oil change. The old man was recommended the full service and it costs about $180 to $260 When the service is done, he called me back to pay for the bill. He sort of saying like the price unexpectedly goes up a bit more. It ends up about $240. I was wondering if they could give me a bit less. And I said, would you be ok to make it $220? ( I’m not bugging or sth!!!) i mean he can say no! The old man was dramatically saying like, guys! (Yelling to the worker) we’re doing for free! I was supper shocked! I am trying to negotiate with him, he was really exaggerated. I quite appreciate the work of mechanics. But I am so confused about why the old man was reacting so weird. It is not the end of the world, I was faithfully thinking about this mechanics shop as my friend recommended to me. Unfortunately, the worst part was happening after I paid the bill, he wasn’t happy to give me the receipt, and even let it place on the ground, I picked it up and leave it sadly. I know it doesn’t bother me, I just kinda feel sad about his poor customer service. If someone who was introvert or sensitive people facing this issue, they might have trauma at this occasion. So everyone need to be careful regarding this kinda old man! With this reason I would not recommend to anyone this shop. A star was given to the mechanics as they are very kind!
