The customer service was good, and my first visit went smoothly. However, later on, I failed my WOF because they had installed the wrong tire. Even though they knew about the mistake, they didn’t tell me and then asked me to pay for the new tire to fix it. It’s disappointing to be charged for their error. I hope they improve their communication and take responsibility for their mistakes in the future.
Great service! Very friendly staff and they made me feel that my car was the most important car there. There price on my tires was very competitive and still lower than their competitors. I would recommend them if you like to shop on service and friendly staff. I will definitely use them again. Thanks Bay tyres.
After experiencing a scary front tyre blow out in our house bus and then the stress of finding out our sized tyres are no longer made anymore, the Team at Bay Tyres were absolutely fantastic!! Took the time and effort to find replacement rims and tyres, kept us in the loop and had as back on the road in no time which we were extremely grateful for as we were a long way from home! Friendly bunch of good buggars, happy with the price and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to all!! Cheers guys!!
Bought a new set of AT tyres for my truck. Thought sweet as, nice and affordable. Disappointed when a few months down the track I realise that the tyres are on backwards - take it elsewhere to get a wheel alignment done after hitting a huge pot hole and asked them to flip tyres so the Blue block letters are on the outside, turns out the front tyres are different to the back, hence why they were put on backwards. Not impressed at all, was not told the tyres were different. Yes it’s just the way it looks, but for me that makes a huge difference. Will not be returning now
