   One star generous very rundown complex. Despite fee increase only basic upkeep happening. cross trainer machine broken 3mths now. NO plan to fix or replace just a sign "broken sorry for inconvenience" Sauna has unsafe seating again no plan to repair. sign on broken seats states if you're found sitting on this unsafe area the sauna will be shutdown. How's that fair for sauna members who sit in the safe area. This has been like this for at least 6wks. Only one shower in men's 2shower block works properly. The broken shower seems like shower rose has come off. Going on 2weeks now. Not a big job if service to gym members is paramount. This seems to be what's absent service to gym members, despite the fee increase. Like I write one star is generous

   This place is disgusting mould in the showers the pool is very dirty used band aids floating in the water seen a guy blow his nose and spit in the pool Absolutely Disgusting

   I swam here a few times its pretty good i enjoyed the deep water i wish they added flags so that people can see the flags while doing Backstroke would like to see flags added so its easier for Backstroke Swimmers

   The Staff are lovely… that’s about it though. manager is horrid, no people skills, hijacks the employees when talking to customers and is very unpleasant to deal with. Always shut when they’re supposed to be open, literally just went in for a sauna but due to “short staff” wasn’t able too. Kind of makes you question what you pay for, along with the facilities being extremely run down, seems like its in dire need of a change of ownership or at the very least, a change of management. 2 stars is generous.

   Great simple gym with a decent sauna. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Changing rooms could be fixed up, but the only real issue is the reggae music. I can only tolerate so much reggae music, please change the playlist or better yet, turn it down too, most people are listening to their own music anyways.

   I was registered. A couple of months already. I just noticed when I dive swimming pool is not clean. I don't know if it's a cold or male semens. I should remove pool from my package. Sauna is good. Some missing piece of wood on the seating area. Shower area needs to maintain cleaning. Heaps of parking space. Gym quite small but good when not rush time. Staff are awesome.(edited they did some cleanings but need to maintain cleanliness entire facility, music is On in Swimming pool area just few days I heard some music, most of days not from when I heard a music.) (sauna user appreciated and greet me a (thank you) for fixing the magnetic door lock) sometimes water in pool different colour as not as crystals clear. From 1 star to 2 star. ( lastly I experience that one staff shut down the power at shower area knowing that we still there. Turning our phone flash to have a light. After that I haven't seen that staff it might be he's last day on there. My guest left he's trunk, when I checked next day, nothing on shower and on Lost and Found.

   Went to complex forme for my first visit today. To be honest I'm not one for excercise, but have to admit I enjoyed it. A lot of older women go and all different body shapes, so I didn't feel inferior, you are felt welcomed and everybody is so friendly.
