I cannot recommend this business highly enough.I had an electronic component that failed at the last minute. So needed an urgent repair. The owner had a lot on his plate but allowed me to jump the queue and did the repair overnight. The charge was reasonable and the service wonderful. He saved the day
Service, communication, efficiency and SKILL is second to none. I took a punt searching locally for someone who could perform a highly specialist job (an SMT component replacement inside a proprietary EFI computer) and the gamble certainly paid off. These guys nailed it. I would have given 12 stars but it only goes to 5
Great service and fair prices. Found the fault quickly and fixed. Seems to be going better than before. Would not hesitate in recommending them to carry out electronic repairs.
I phoned to discuss my TV problem and get some advice on whether it should be repaired or possibly replaced. After asking several questions, I was abruptly told the following : "you're asking too many questions and wasting my time" I consider this level of rudeness unacceptable. I am informed that I am not the only one that has experienced this attitude. Accordingly - and IF a respectful company is important to you - you should consider trying elsewhere, even if outside Hawkes Bay : I certainly am !! "Having a family and bills to pay" does not condone such appalling rudeness and I will be conveying my experience at every opportunity to inform others of your "customer service"
A quick enquiry to see if it was worth having a 16 year old TV (before the smart variety) checked out because it is not behaving. Probably not worth it is the conclusion.
I enquired at Woollards for a microwave light bulb. The man I spoke with was the rudest most unhelpful person I have ever encountered. I would not recommend this company. It takes and costs nothing to be polite.
They've taken care of an old stereo with CD, cassette, and turntable for me and done very well. They've also sorted an old 8mm camera for me and made it perfect like new. They were very busy each time I went in, but they always treated me well and moved through the line as quickly as they could.
