   We had the most lovely stay. Tidy and clean. Teresa was so lovely. She stopped and asked how our stay was and had a chat. Nice to have a night away. Spa was outstanding. Location is perfect. Will be back in summer to enjoy a night out in Havelock as everything is within walking distance.

   V nice Customer service Fab location Dated but clean interior (Beige room- bar one picture) Beautiful toiletries and Coffee/tea/bikkie supplies Heatpump took hours to warm the room. Perhaps set on auto (as we tryed to change temp n mode/s) Batteries low on juice Kitchen supplies very good, Toaster,Jug,Crockery,Salt n pepper etc etc etc Bed firm Thanks

   Motel was fine, but the owner was probably the rudest most unwelcoming person I have ever given my money to !! Had this room not already been booked and paid for we would have moved somewhere else!! She ran from the office angry holding her sandwich screaming at me about where I parked?? Saying I had interrupted her lunch, I would never go back here for that reason.

   We stayed in a family unit which had a bedroom containing 2 single beds (with king bed in main room). Being dog friendly was the reason we chose it. It suited us perfectly. Spacious, warm, clean unit. Close to a supermarket. Charming helpful hosts. We will definitely return.

   Stayed here on a work trip. Room was clean, well presented, quiet and spacious. The host was very welcoming, friendly, accommodating, helpful and went beyond to make me feel relaxed. Location is great as it is convenient to all the ammenities of Havelock village. Have placed future bookings for return visits. Highly recommended as a perfect place for those that do lots of corporate travel.
