   Matt may be a nice person. but someone maybe it might have been his wife that answered and replied to my messages i said My carpet problem is trying to come back and the other person saidThank you for informing us. Will chat with Matt once he is home and make a plan and then another message sent to me saying I have spoken with Matt, he said you know what to do before he comes back. What you have done is not the right way to go about things. You also made him feel uncomfortable with comments and actions that were made towards him. If you had listen to the after care instructions we wouldn't be going down this track. He understands you have a disability and accepts that but sometimes things can get you into a situation and In trouble. This is why the other cleaners won't come your house cause of your actions. Then I said What did I say or do that made him uncomfortable. I called the number then answer I got a call back I think the wife answered I tried to tell her something she won't listen to me and then she hanged up. And that is bad for business. That person should say sorry. And the reason why no other cleaners have come to this house is because I haven't called anyone else to hire someone you have to call tell them where you live make a time and day which I haven't done with anyone else apart from Matt. And that's the only reason why no one else has been here.

   Fantastic Service. The company I had booked cancelled on me last minute. I rang Xtreme carpet cleaning late on a Saturday, they come and quoted the same day and completed the job the next morning. Matt pretreated the whole carpet with extra attention to the stained area including dog urine. Super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Job took 2 hours and I could tell he wasn't rushing to finishing he just wanted to do a good job. Thanks for an excellent service. Should also mention the carpet looks fantastic.
