Ive recently had a claim against my house insurance and have to say it was the easiest claim ever. They smashed AONs price out of the water(after being with them for 30yrs) claiming was easy and straight forward! Extremely happy..Should have moved 20 years ago!!
Very good insurance, they are good at what they do and I find them to be fair,
Breach of contract! Does not have the ability to pay flood victims with zero reason. High risk! Avoid! Especially when refuse to communicate! No money! Not under written? Fraud? Awards mean nothing!

Really good service but unfortunately not the sharpest prices. Got offered a better rate when I called after I decided to cancel ,getting a much better deal elsewhere, saving about $40 per month with better coverage.
Some of the best customer service I've had. Always willing to help and have always called or followed up when they have promised. I've recommended and a few of my friends and family have switched to Fmg and they can't speak highly enough either.
