15 days to get a package from Nelson to Napier. My first query was answered. The next two, seeking an update, had no response.
Helpful and friendly people great way to send thing
Wrongly delivered a parcel at my place. Called them to pick it up 2 weeks now still waiting for them to come. Poor customer not getting what they paid for.
I deliver there and as a big company they are organized

He did deliver my parcel with efficiency and courtesy of ringing me to let me know he was delivering and had delivered my parcel where I asked him too. I appreciate that kind of courtesy call. Picked up 2 pallet loads from the Hastings depot. Slightly too tall for the vehicle I was given to use. I had multiple offers from staff to help me hand bomb the packages. Everyone was friendly on a busy day. Thanks. AECS.
Absolutely useless. The initial attempted delivery was on par with the delivery times given on the website I was shopping on (1-2 working days), but as I wasn't home they left a note and I didn't receive my package. 9 days and 5 phone calls later, I finally got my parcel. Terrible.
