The Yoga Space is a beautiful, cosy space - a bit like a cocoon. Its still one of my favorite spots to guide from and also to attend sessions. There is a great selection of classes with skilled teachers and inspiring one off events. Highly recommend.
The Yoga Space...a quiet, humble, but powerful space that has allowed me to meet my true family here in Hawkes Bay. A space that has held tears, hugs, laughs, and deep shares. I would highly reccomend this studio if you are looking for real and authentic practice without the pretense of some larger studios. A variety of teachers and classes but I have always felt safe and welcome. A truly non judgmental space for all bodies and walks of life. Thank you all!
The yoga space is one of my favourite places to both host and participate in yoga and wellness events. It is such a warm inviting space with so much heart behind it. Despite being above the gym it is a little sanctuary tucked away from the busyness of the city centre.
