I went back to Kings as the service I had with my last car was awesome. John was really personable, helpful and cared about my future with my prior car. The staff are knowledgeable and I feel confident in their work. Prices are reasonable too. In a nutshell I felt looked after and at the end of the day personalised care is important these days. I will be back.
I came to Kings Auto and Rentals with a known issue and voiced this clearly to them on arrival. They ignored this, did not repair the issue and failed the WOF, charging me $75!!! They said they were too busy to fix this but continued to complete the WOF. TOTAL RIPOFF! When I bought my vehicle to your shop, I informed you of the issue, regardless - you did not fix this and completed the WOF anyway. If you did not have time to fix the issue of the lights your staff should have communicated this prior to carrying out the WOF and taking my money.
I have been a long term customer at Kings Autos. They are fantastic to deal with and do a great job on my older European car which requires much care. Good communication and very fair accounting. Highly recommended!

We rented one of Kings Mini-buses for a tour of the Bay of Plenty with visiting family. The Bus was in immaculate condition and really affordable compared to other rentals in the area. Their office worker Bonnie-May Ella Lines made everything easier to deal with by making sure that everything was sorted prior to departure and for any after hours returns. Would HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone who is looking to rent a vehicle
Love this place! Their receptionist is always so onto it, makes booking a breeze, so polite, cheerful and always amazing at making sure you have the option of a courtesy car, it never even crosses my mind to ask but she always asks me what the rest of my day looks like and if I need one. GOOD customer service isn’t all that common these days but you will find it here!
Such amazing service! We were recommended Kings Autos by a friend and we were not disappointed! First time there we got a WOF and Wheel Alignment. The customer service, from Bonnie-May to the gentleman in the workshop, was exceptional. Very kind and professional and one very happy customer! Safe to say we will continue to go to Kings Autos for anything car related!
