   Very poor customer service .. up selling Don’t know what they do to be honest Never go to this place ,u will be ripped off Highly substandard service .I have used them for my friend’s car aircon issues.They quoted $3000 But I got it fixed at another shop for 800$ If u need to be ripped off ,go to NEWPORT auto electricals ,Hastings

   Poor service, and overpriced. I had a fault with my passenger door central locking and told them all the details. They returned my car with $115 invoice for using a diagnostic tool which is a 5minute job. They did not follow up to re-book to fix the problem. I was unsatisfied but would not get a refund and told i would go elsewhere.

   I cannot thank these guys enough, who got my car up and running in such a short amount of time. I went to them with a faulty alternator and they ordered the part and fitted it the next day, even staying later to get work done as it was a bit more difficult than expected. They gave a great price, unbeatable and I was so thankful I could get back on the road to my next job. Thanks everyone!
