   Do not get your phone repaired here! They will rip you off! I initially took my phone in 3 weeks ago to get a new charging port and battery for $170. Following this, more and more issues kept popping up. Initially, the volume/silent buttons were not working due to an ‘accident’, but the job would supposedly take 3-4 hours as ‘the motherboard would have to be removed’. Then the back of my phone had been replaced or damaged with severe scratching and small cracks, and the camera lens was broken. This time, they claimed ‘that the man who did the repair put a temporary backing on while they waited for a new one to arrive and that the repair man didn’t tell this to the manager’ and that they would call when the new backing was in... Even though they never fully explained why this happened, and it was clear they were not planning to tell me about the replaced back had I not noticed. Multiple times it was clear they were lying to me, pretending they didn’t say stuff to me, and claiming that it would take 2 hours when it took significantly 3-5+ hours. They stopped replying to my emails, and I had to keep following up in person. Staff were not communicating with each other, or they were using that to lie further. They were not willing to help, playing dumb until I got more upset with them and demanded that I would not pay anything and would not stop until everything was fixed. Nearly 10 trips later, it appears to have been fixed, but even still, they put the silent/buzzer switch on upside down. This company is 100% trying to scam people; all three men I dealt with had different stories and were clearly lying to me. The only reason this place has a high rating is because they will give you a discount if you rate them highly. However, if you actually read the reviews, it is clear they regularly repair phones and have issue after issue pop up, eventually trying to ghost people or try to charge them more, to the point where people's phones become unusable!

   I would avoid at all costs. The guy in the store “cleaned” my charging port. Later that night, I realised my charging port wouldn’t work. Went back in and the guy told me the manager looked at it and said the charging port was damaged ( he was the only one in the shop both times so unsure about this part ) and that I needed to replace it at my own cost. Took it to another store and it turns out that TechPro hadnt cleaned it correctly and pushed dust deaper into the port. It is many of the horror stories from TechPro.

   Avoid this place! Scammers at work here taking advantage of people. After and phone call and reconfirming in person I wanted a OEM samsung replacement screen. I leave it with him for about an hour and when I get my phone back it has the weirdest screen on it, I said why's it rounded on the edges? He said no no that is normal. I left and grabbed another phone the same as mine and showed him, he then gets on the phone and says ohhh sorry we put a aftermarket screen on it, we don't have the other ones in stock. ???? Yes I demanded some money back but I am so upset with how my phone looks now. What if I didn't come back though? Scammers! He knew exactly what he did. Cheers for the muck around you clowns

   Replaced the screen but did not place a couple screws so the connection was extremely dodgey and didn't work after an hour ish. Also made it so the phone was permanently locked. Took it to another shop to actually fix it and turns out the first guy stole some screws from the phone.
