   I'm downgrading my (original) 5 star review to 3 stars as I've had mixed experiences with the depot. I have picked up a few parcels now by using the depot as a Parcel Collect Address. On one occasion, I asked if it were possible to pick up a parcel due to be delivered to my house since I was at the depot already. All I needed was the tracking number. The man serving me outright refused to use the tracking number I had provided saying it was an order number for the item I bought. Even though I told him that I called NZ Post customer service and they knew exactly what I was talking about with the number. It was literally on the NZ Post app, showing the journey of it. He insisted that it wouldn't work. On another occasion, I had a parcel to pick up from the depot and the same man didn't get it for me. The annoying part is that I literally watched him muck around in the other room with a colleague whilst supposedly looking for my parcel. I didn't have my tracking number at the time but that shouldn't have been needed. When I eventually got it, it turns out the parcel had been there for DAYS! But I have had other times where I've been served by other amazing workers. It just goes to show how much the service can change depend on who serves you.

   Hopeless - always the same courier that delivers your parcels to the wrong house. Have received many parcels for other houses (where I have returned it to my he right address). Normal working people don’t have the time to deal with clowns like you. Get your drivers to do their job, and stop selling overnight delivery that you can’t uphold.

   Courier made a special effort to deliver my parcel as he was near our neighborhood even rough it was not a Saturday delivery.

   Disgrace to NZ! So sick and tired of always paying extra for overnight and Saturday delivery and always getting parcels two days late. This is an ongoing issue that everyone is experiencing / if these clowns can’t handle overnight / Sat DONT SELL THE SERVICE! Even same island takes them longer than overnight. Awful communication, horrible management - NZ Post needs a network makeover - not spending money on web designers / rebranding BS. One parcel from Dunedin to Auckland took 32 days!!!! I would walk there faster. I seriously think we should all start a class action lawsuit to claim our money back, where we didn’t receive on time / overnight / Saturday delivery - as NO PARCEL THIS YEAR HAS BEEN ONTIME. Malicious thieves.

   Very disappointed with the delivery speed. Requested an overnight delivery to Dunedin for an urgent matter only to find that the package has been sitting there in the depot for a day and a half despite being ready for delivery.
