These ladies are just lovely - I arrived just before closing due to needing some last minute help with a bouquet and they did such an amazing job! Their flowers are so fresh and beautiful with a great selection. Highly recommend.
I had a truly moving visit to Flowerland today following a bereavement for which I needed flowers. From the first moment I was greeted warmly by all staff and once I explained my needs genuine empathy was instantly apparent. I was kindly shown options and the staff engaged in brainstorming and helped with my final selection which made a difficult process so much easier. I will highly recommend this business to others. In genuine sppreciation of your service today.
I find the ladies at Flowerlands to be just great & they never fail to greet me even if I arrive and they're all at lunch or morning tea. I feel people reviewing here need to realise it's a Wholesale operation and they're very busy preparing flowers for export & national distribution. It's not a retail store where they have the time to fuss & fiddle over what it is you want. Their flowers are very reasonably priced, of a superior lasting quality & I consider we're very lucky to be able to purchase these at wholesale prices. If you do need something specific, I've found they're always happy to oblige.
The flowers here are lovely and reasonably priced but definitely don’t come here for the customer service. Went in for a small bunch of flowers, no greeting, no offer to help just a few frowns as I looked around. Made me feel like a big inconvenience.
Not impressed with flowerland today. Staff very rude. Was at flowerland as soon as it open this morning, one of the staff was at the door not wanting to let me in because I wasn't wearing a mask. She told me I had to put one on before I went into store. Even though I had visited the store other times without mask. I could tell she was on a power trip. Maybe updating yr staff on what is mandatory with wearing mask. You are not allow to tell customers to wear a mask!! You can only ask them if they have an exemption which I had one. I would like to have a conversation with the owners abt this matter
My daughter ordered flowers for my birthday. She rang round florist and no one could arrange what she specifically asked for. Flowerland were able to fill the order and the flowers were truly the most beautiful flowers I have ever received. The presentation was divine and they lasted and lasted. And the price was incredibly reasonable. I tried to upload a photo of the flowers onto this review but wasn't able to. We now use Flowerland at our work when we require a florist.
