Absolutely atrocious service. I placed an order online 2 days before the bouquet for my mothers birthday was to be delivered, with a request that it be delivered to her place of work in the morning. The order confirmation email said I would receive shipping details once dispatched. On the day no shipping confirmation or tracking details were received. I tried calling after noon, with no one answering the phone for over an hour so I called the supermarket next door. They tracked the florist down who had gone home for the day. she told me they only advise the next day that orders have been delivered. It took me over an hour and tons of stress just to see if my mum had received her flowers on her birthday or not! Florist was super blasé.
