I have a terrible experience with best starts. The manager is rude and not welcoming. 3 days after enrolling my kid she told me that she won't accept my little one if she knows am a shift worker which already she enquired before the admission process. Then what's the purpose of these early learning center... I personally don't recommend this institution to anyone.
