   It was my second time in Mt. Maunganui and my first time in this coffee shop, I got a black coffee, 1 coquito and a spinach roll (or something like that), the food was really good, the girl who took my order was really nice, but! I asked them for hot water in my bottle and seems like that was a problem for the guy working in the espresso machine (long blonde hair) he called me just to let me know that they'll never give me hot water again because they're so busy and blah blah blah... He couldn't even finish his speech because, honestly, I feel like while he was talking, he realized he was being a bit rude and that the situation was ridiculous... I don't think you do that to all your customers man. I have two things to say: 1) It was my first time there, and you made me feel like I asked you for hot water every day (at that moment, I even thought you were mistaking me for someone who asks you for hot water every day). And 2) I've worked at three high-demand cafes on weekends throughout my life, and I could never have called a customer over to "tell them off" because that would be the last time I'd refill their water bottle (or do any favor a customer ever asked me for). You made me feel really uncomfortable … I hope you learn to handle stress better. This will be my first and last time in this place. The other staff were very friendly, though…

   Its a really hot day today so I stopped in for a drink, paid $8.50 for a Banana Thickshake but it tasted more like a Vanilla one. It was refreshing and icy cold, I actually really enjoyed it even though I was wanting more of a Banana taste. Service was great and the food looks amazing.

   Went here for lunch during rush hour on a Saturday. Quick service! We tried their toasted sandwiches and coffee. The Kimcheese Toasted Sandwich was excellent! The fermented tang is strong but offset by the two cheeses. It’s made with the olive rosemary sourdough. An absolute flavour bomb. On the tangy side — would be a good toastie to share! My family tried their Hawaiian Toastie and their Pulled Pork Toastie. They rated them highly and would come again soon! Next time I’d try their Vegan Toastie.

   Always love the vibe & such friendly staff. Delicious fresh food especially the savoury scones. And a perfect spot to soak up the salty air on the verandah or takeaway the best barrister coffees across the road to the stunning beach

   We came in this morning and the staff were absolutely lovely and so polite. I also had the toasted wrap and it was amazing. The kids smoothie as well was amazing value for the price and delicious. I wish I could give it mroe stars ⭐️

   Nice wee boutique store located across the road from the beach. Lots of great items to stock up on. The coffee is really good and comes with friendly service. Milkshakes and other beverages on offer along with breads and pastry goods
