   I’ve been a customer for a few years, but I’m finished with this place now. The produce is okay, but the customer service is outright rude. On multiple visits, two staff members (a middle-aged man and woman who appear to run the shop) have spoken in another language while staring at me, laughing, and making comments. It’s disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Today, I asked a simple question about how fresh the Māori bread was and the same behaviour happened again. If you have something to say about customers, don’t be weak — say it in English! Lucky I was in my work uniform! This is not how you treat people who support your business. I won’t be returning and I’ll be warning others.

   **DO NOT BUY YOUR PRODUCE HERE** Does not even deserve 1 star! Purchased $52 worth of fruit & vege. Brought half a cabbage (that they slice & package themselves) and there was a fly wrapped up in it. After less than 2 days it became rotten, may of had something to do with the fly laying it's eggs. The bananas look good but we're rotting after 2 days as well as the stone fruit. I took the cabbage back, and was told that "mistakes happen" (wonder if the Health Dept. will think the same). Owner was extremely apprehensive to refund me my $2 and was blaming me. THEIR PRODUCE IS LESS THAN 2ND HAND, WASTE YOUR MONEY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

   They have a great range, their prices are really good, the quality of the produce is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They also have a fantastic range of dried pasta from Italy, passata, olives, olive oil, dressings, a big range of spices, milk - locally sourced "Farm to Gate" as well as organic "Lewis Road" milk, and also cream and bread. They also do freshly made ice cream with your choice of fruit.
