   Highly recommend coming to Kate for piercings! I have gotten multiple from her, and she's very careful with placement and has a big emphasis on piercing for your anatomy so you don't have any issues. She's always so nice and the environment is so warm and clean whilst still having personality :)

   Had an amazing appointment with Kate! I was so nervous, but she really made me feel at ease. I was getting re-pierced where I'd often had difficulties healing, and she was so gentle and thoroughly explained aftercare and maintenance. Definitely coming here again! :D

   Had an amazing experience with Kate! I got my rooks as well as 3 lobes done. All of these piercings were done quick enough, making the pain minimal -Kate was amazing at checking up with me throughout the process and making sure I felt alright. Now (about a month later) my lobes are almost fully healed, no swelling, no infection/ stiffness and no pain. Little to no swelling for my rooks. 10/10, would recommend Kate again and again! Thanks heaps, I love it!

   Had my ears re-done yesterday having let them close up twice previously. Can say this was 100% the most comfortable experience ever. My 7 year old also had her ears pierced and Kate was incredible with her. She talked her through the whole process and was super patient when she panicked before the second ear. Big smiles (and a lolly afterwards). Fully recommend for kids and adults. Thanks Kate!

   I refuse to get pierced anywhere else. The staff are all lovely and have a great sense of humour; it's very easy to build trust with them, especially knowing that they run an evidence-based practice. I've had earlobes, septum, snakebites, and eyebrow pierced with them and it's been a positive experience every time.

   Amazing service, incredibly friendly. Walked in to ask if I could have a piercing removed, I was desperate to have help taking it out as the conch piercing was in pretty tight. I was greeted very kindly and they said they could squeeze me in real quick and took it out for me immediately. They gave me some good advice about quality earrings and gave me a couple options I could do and I asked how much I owed and they said it was no worries. Very kind and lovely service! Will definitely be going there for future piercings :) 10/10
