The best garage in Hawkes Bay - wouldn’t trust anyone else. Dave and his team consistently helpful, kind and know what they are doing. Never had any problems with the service and never not trusted they were working with my best interests.
They broke my dip stick, said it was already broken, and made me pay for a new one. I know it wasn't broken because I had checked my oil before I dropped it off. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30, I was the last vehicle to be tended too and had to pick it up as they were closing, terrible time management, considering they said it would be done by 10, so I delayed my start time at work, only to be hanging around while people were driving in & getting seen to first. The reception lady was arguing with her girlfriend in the car park before I went in, and then she had a terrible attitude when she finally decided to do her job. Not happy at all with the whole outcome.

Overcharged and excessively priced. Recently had a car screen repaired, and it turned out that only the wire was damaged. Surprisingly, the invoice only mentions the cost of replacing the wire, which amounted to $390. Notably, the repair shop did not even bother to consult me about the price before proceeding with the procedure. Additionally in that price I can have the new screen.
Excellent service I had a flat tyre. A puncture which they fixed for me no problem

Lets hope where ever you are in NZ when you break down or need mechanical help, you are near Clive and Dave. I was in Hawkes Bay helping dig people out with my Bobcat when things broke and the incredible speed and generosity of Dave, saved my skin. I would not have been able to move my Bobcat back to Wanganui to fix other things... and it would have been a major pain in the arse. I'm coming back soon to help more and ill take you for a beer or three. Cheers again. Amazing.
Had a breakdown and the service and speed of getting me back in the road considering a full workload was outstanding. If only more businesses had this level of customer service
