I’m a regular customer and I always txt in my orders , many occasions my order has been forgotten, I’m usually ok with it , every coffee I ask for always has coconut or almond milk never have I ever ordered cows milk as Im lactose intolerant , we’ll today I had forgotten to mention I wanted almond milk as I was on the go, so the girls made me cows milk anyway , you would think being regular they might remember me, and the fact it wasn’t busy at all , how ever I wasn’t mad at them about it, as I should of said in my msg. when I proceeded to mention on arrival I had forgotten to say , the attitude I gt bk was yuck , they offered to remake my coffee but I had to pay for both, and I said well I don’t want it I can’t drink it. She mention js give it to someone else , easy said then done as I work with kids.and drive so travelling with 2 coffee was impossible , I said I don’t want that coffee sorry , she poked her head out of the coffee shack and yelled you need to pay for this coffee and was so f#%}n rude , like didn’t even care that it was a mistake, I paid for the coffee then left, I was so embarrassed and will never be bk to coffee bliss again
