   They were closed for the xmas break but I rang them a week later and they directed me to the right place. I have dealt with them many times and have found them always helpful. They also have a carpark at their new shop in Hope st.

   Our dog decided to use our home theater system power cord, AV cords, and speaker wires as a chew toy. We contacted Sonntag Fox to see if they could repair the mess she made. They responded promptly and organized someone to come check it out quickly. The workman showed up on time, he was pleasant, he was positive, and he repaired everything really quickly. He even cable tied all our wires and tidied them all up. Awesome work! Thank you!

   I was put into Sonntag Fox by a local repair shop as I wanted to get a 36 year old Kenwood Gourmet repaired. They highly recommended their work. I took it there and paid $46 for it to be tested (you get this back off the cost of it needs repairing). They said some parts available but not all because of age so can't promise anything. They may be able to repair older versions but not the new. Good conclusion, and safe to use. Also got electric blanket tested for $35 and it is safe. Well worth it for the more expensive blankets. The Kenwood took a few day and the blanket took a week. Just as they said it would. The staff are very nice and helpful. Would recommend them.

   Cost $180 to 'fix' specialised drill by replacing motor - that cost another $550. Still as bad as ever, obviously did not test what is wrong and whether existing motor was in good order, and I'm $750 down - thanks a bunch. Grumbled to a friend after who said he had same experience with them. Wish I'd seen all the other Google reviews before I'd booked them. Now I'm off to ask a grown-up to fix it.

   These guys are frankly incompetent. I sent a vacuum cleaner in with an intermittent motor head fault. They diagnosed it as a faulty motor head and sold me a new one for $170.00. Obviously they didn't bother to test it because that wasn't the fault. Sent it back again, they held on to the vacuum for 2 weeks and then informed me they couldn't get it to fault...woeful, moreover they threw away my old motorhead which was still perfectly good. Find someone else to service your electrical equipment because these guys are a bad joke! Really unhappy!
