    My mother and I went in to ask if they sold any florist paper, as we're making a special sentimental bouquet with flowers from her garden. The staff were very rude, one said sarcastically under her breath "Well good luck with that." as we left. I've bought and received multiple lovely bouquets from here, but I won't be a repeat customer after such a strange experience.
