Tim found me a decent phone and set it all up for me - so much easier than me trying to do it! I really appreciated his effort to remediate things when there was an issue with a different phone that he had ordered for me (which he detected by studiously vetting it before I picked it up). All in all a very good experience.
Tim was just amazing from my first phone call to him, taking in the phone and repairing it, I thought it was beyond repair, I was fortunate enough to listen to him communicate with other clients in his store, his assistance was incredible more concerned over saving someone money than just taking their money. Highly recommend him.

Very knowledgeable, and honest. We went in with two phones to be fixed but one only required a new screen protector. He could have quite easily said it was a complete screen repair and we would have just accepted it.
