   They were excellent to trade with. It was my first time using TradeMe to purchase something so didn't really know the right way to do things, they responded to my questions really fast and they were so helpful and kind. When I went to their store to pick up my item they were so friendly, and I was served really quickly. I will definitely shop with them again.

   Had a great experience with superloans. It was quick and easy to apply. Online support was awsome. Staff at main office were very helpful and polite. Would highly recommend using them. Napier Staff are amazing. I havent applied for a loan for years and was sceptical, but they made it so easy without pounding you for alot information. Approval was quick and within 24hrs i had cash in hand. Thankyou Superloans Ka Rawe!!!

   Superloans Napier branch is a truly exceptional business! I am fortunate to have had absolutely fantastic service from them and would recommend them to anyone. I truly believe that whoever created Superloans is a genius. Everything about them is great. All of their shops are modern looking and feel warm and inviting. They sell good products and use the auction process (with no reserve) to ensure transparency and fairness to prospective purchasers - you can't get any fairer than that! Their staff are friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. As far as i can see, (and from what I have experienced with other similar businesses), Superloans is far superior in every way possible. Superloans is BEST simply forget the rest. While I am waxing lyrically about Super loans, it would be remiss of me not to mention the wonderful Reggae who works at the Napier Branch - she is just AWESOME.    Got my loaned approved same day as I applied! Fast, clear & easy instructions through messenger! Went in store to pick my cash up. Shannon served me, she was super friendly & easy to talk to. Went over my loan application straight away no mucking around. I was able to walk away with my cash in less than 10-15 mins! Real great & fast service!
