Great service. Was only passing through Napier, and dropped off my dead watch while running some errands. An hour later it had been dried out and had a new battery. Was very relieved as although it wasn’t a flash watch, I was very fond of it.
Awesome little watch repair . Was only in Napier for the day and watch needed new battery / pressure testing . All done in 10 minutes aswell as new pins and a polish . Friendly staff , good service and reasonable price. Will definitely use again . Cheers watchstop

Awesome Service. Called in to ask if 3 very old watches had any life left in them. They had a good look at them, checked them over, got 2 working again and provided good advice on what I can do with them. And didnt charge! Absolutely tip top.
Fantastic, friendly service. We are from a small rural town with limited services and had 6 watches to have new straps/batteries. We were only in Napier for 48 hours and we dropped the watches off late Friday and had them back by midday Saturday. This included replacing the strap on a watch bought overseas that 2 jewellers had said they couldn't sort out. We highly recommend the team at WatchStop.
