Worst Insurance Company to deal with for third party insurance! Wendy Paton was the agent my son had to deal. My son was “NOT” at fault for the accident and damaged caused to his vehicle, throughout the whole process my son had been without a vehicle to get to work for over a month and the insurance company did absolutely nothing to resolve this matter. Disgusted by the lack of professionalism and poor communication. The insurance agent has been a nightmare to contact, she never replies to emails, txt messages or calls. My son completed every task he was asked to do by the insurance company yet he still continues to wait for his pay out to enable him to purchase a new work vehicle.
