Ive being seeing Andrew for a year or so now on and off and always look forward to seeing him. He's a genuine and very competent counsellor who has changed my life. Highly recommended if you need a chilled out session to talk about how you're doing and to get some help.
Breach of Privacy! Completely unprofessional and unethical. Andrew agreed to take me on as a client, we scheduled 2 appointments. He then spoke to a friend of mine about me. After breaching my privacy and being found out, he then terminated our appointments. When spoken to he denied ever taking me as a client even though we had 2 scheduled appointments and denied talking about me to my friend only hours after he had admitted it. I will be making a formal complaint and taking legal action. This is a massive breech of privacy and extremely unethical behavior. My therapist should not be talking about me to anyone without my explicit consent. The fact that he then tried to lie about it, makes it even worse. This is baffling, alarming and deeply concerning behavior.
Andrew is such an amazing counsellor. He is down to earth, easy to talk to and not afraid to challenge me to help me to navigate my own best possible solution. I have recommended Andrew to many people and their regular feedback is “He got me in only a few minutes!”

Amazing service,Andrew gave me some tools I shall use for life, plus he understood my situation unlike other councillors who use text book stuff which have all heard before. A great individual, highly recommend Andrew.
