   I would highly recommend Liam Thomas. Throughout our mortage journey he was only an email or phone call away. No matter how many questions I bombarded this poor man with there was always an answer, a smile and a refreshing take on the whole first home situation. He was very attentive and respectful and made the journey that little bit more seamless. In the end we started with an 8 month window until I thought I was going to purchase a home and that quickly turned into a 4 week window when one came up. He wasn't mad, he wasn't annoyed, he wasn't frustrated instead he was willing, ready and able and when I sent a question at 11 P.M. on a saturday expecting ot to reach him on monday I got a reply half an hour later so thank you Liam you've made this dream happen and to anyone else still on the fence... Take the leap they are here to help.

   Bree is the reason my partner and I were able to purchase our first home together. We had multiple other mortgage brokers before Bree make the idea of owning our own home appear near impossible to accomplish and we’re very disheartened by the experiences we had with them. We were recommended to speak with Bree by friends of ours and she came to our house which was lovely and after that first meeting alone we were much more hopeful and positive about the possibility of owning a home together after Bree showed us viable options and methods we had never considered or had brought to our attention by the other brokers we had spoken to. That night my partner and I had a second wind of excitement about house hunting so went to work looking at houses and found one we loved but honestly thought we had no chance to own.
