   service is absolutely ridiculous had an ssr pallet that was supposed to be delivered last week that have plants in it and has still not been delivered and even got a message saying it would be delivered on tuesday the 17th. i also have another pallet that was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago and i have still not received it even tho i have been promised everyday since then that it is going to be delivered… absolutely ridiculous service from mainfreight dunedin. not going to be using these services anymore if this is how they treat their customers.

   Awesome. I was given great help and advice when I needed it urgently. I contacted you when visiting Dunedin because of the inspiring logos I read on a mainfreight truck driving in front of me months earlier in Auckland: 'The difficult road often leads to paradise' and 'Special company, special people' .Both are true.    Seriously disappointed with the service from Mai freight today. We were called this morning and given out pickup time - between 12 and 2:30pm. My number was on the pick up but I specifically asked them to call my husbands number when they arrived as the door to the location would be closed and that he would not be waiting at the door for 2.5hrs for them to arrive. At 2:35pm I call and was told that no one was at the door, the door was locked and they left without giving us a call as requested. How difficult is it to call one of the numbers they were provided to double check on the pick up especially when we were very clear with our request. Anyone with half a brain and understanding of customer service would’ve called before just leaving. Now we have to wait for our pick up sometime after 4 or 4:30pm - they are not sure. Maybe they will call maybe they won’t?!?! Who knows. So disappointed- it’s not difficult to give good service yet this business has failed miserably.

   Thanks to Barry Clark (Branch manager) and the team for speedy delivery from Dunedin up to Nelson in a very short time frame. Was a little stressful as wasn't sure if it would make it in time, however was impressed with the communication between all teams (CHC & Nelson) and we got our conference collateral in the early hours of the morning. Cheers all!
