My Kmart order has been sitting in there Dunedin depot for over a week now waiting for delivery, told it will be atleast another 2 days before there’s any chance of it being delivered,
I ordered a very expensive computer and they delivered the package to wrong address. I was lucky I know the neighbour and they gave it to me.
Excellent service here. I had a large item to ship from Dunedin to Auckland. Price was good and service was great. Surprised they don't have a pay by cash system. But that's no biggie. Thanks team
Never called to notify me of delivery and left my package to get damaged by the rain. No apology, just lies from the driver about ringing me. Worst customer service ever.
DO NOT USE THEM!!! Disgustingly dishonest company lacking honesty, integrity and ethics. This extends to to the staff and management they employ too. This company loses(or steals) valuable and historic trophies relating to NZ sport and then takes absolutely no ownership in their staff stealing/losing the goods telling the client "tough, you're on your own" Toll clearly cannot be trusted with anyones goods.
over $5000 in damages, parts gone missing, delays of over 2 weeks and jobs getting cancelled. Worst courier company out there, DO NOT USE AT ALL
just had a lady from Tolls pick up a pallet of goods from the Spark building in Tennyson street Dunedin in a 6m truck, which is not easy to get up and down at the best of times, to say she did it with ease is an understatement. Sorry don't know her name but very professional in what she did. Great company to deal with
