Parcel arrived in a box soaking wet. Missing items. Obliviously thought it was a rugby ball. Said it was insufficient packing but the other 30 plus people got theirs not broken. So bloody BS.

What a wonderful Dunedin team! I needed to get a package to Auckland overnight and due the circumstances (going to a patient at Starship Hospital) they sent it free of charge.
The most terrible service I ever had to deal with. Left my package beside the road. So lazy just to send inside the yard. Not a single call. No update on website. I got no idea they delivered the package. Not recommended
All positive. With helpful customer service in the Dunedin office process was easy. Important package sent to Auckland overnight and received first thing in the morning. Notified by tracking all the way . Very happy customer !
Says it delivered my package today at my address but it was not there when I looked and our hall receptionist said nothing came in for me. Why even bother marking it as delivered when it isn't even there dude... PS, how and why is the delivery labeled as "part 1"? Is there a second part I was not told about??
I have had $500.00 worth of English China sent to me via NZ Couriers. I had no idea that it had been delivered until the next day, I found it over my fence. I checked my security cameras to see when it was delivered, only to see the courier dropping my parcels over a 1.5 metre fence. She was too lazy to undo the velcro tie holding the gate closed. Thankfully the china was not broken due to excellent packing by the sender. The interesting thing was the courier looked around to see if anyone was watching before she dropped them over the fence. Absolutely disgusted with this sort of behaviour by a delivery person. I have told the sender and sent photos so I hope they change their courier.
Our local courier is great but the local Dunedin customer service team are well over due for some people skills training for their phone etiquette. Not very nice to deal with. Patronising and rude
Lost my parcel that I sent to my parents they said mum received it at 6am, she would NEVER go to the door in her night wear and she wouldn't have heard the knock well she is 92 and nothing has been signed for??NEVER again will I use them and as for post haste can you woman be any ruder stood there with xmas prezzie,s 2 woman in the office but didn't get severd till someone from out the back came though lazy fat things they were. Used to like post haste but it's gone down hill.
I recently had half of my order not arrive. After phone call to NZ Courier, spoke with highly professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff member. A NZ wide search was commenced, in fact three such searches with phone calls to myself letting me know what was occuring along the way. Highly recommend NZ Courier company for their professionalism, quick response and quality. End result to my story, company I had ordered from sent free replacement for list item. Thank you.
